I’ve been looking for the right firm to associate with for a couple of years now. I imagined that a team of the right fellow lawyers and support staff would allow me to better serve my political clients, who often need practical legal advice and representation – whether associated with their political work or their business or otherwise. Then I had the chance to work with a lawyer friend on the other side of the aisle on some non-partisan judicial races earlier this year, Scott Sternberg. Scott’s an excellent First Amendment litigator who represents press outlets like the Lens and the Advocate. Working with Scott is great because he’s smart, honest, and doesn’t mind being challenged.

Scott and the other partners started Sternberg, Naccari & White in 2017, with the goal of creating a more modern and efficient law practice focused on doing great work at a value to the client. Every lawyer in this firm has an entrepreneurial spirit – it’s all about finding practical solutions that can get their clients back to business.

I’ve been working with the team since September, and I’ve quickly learned how lucky my clients and I are to have these guys on our side. They bring a wealth of knowledge in so many areas: constitutional rights, tax, real estate, mergers/acquisitions, estate planning, personal injury, employment, and of course, all things government-related. I’m really looking forward to the great things we can accomplish together.

One thing I’m really excited about is having a team to back me up when clients have matters before the Louisiana Board of Ethics. Ethics and Campaign Finance laws are evolving rapidly, and it’s important for anyone who contracts with the government or gets involved with elections to have good legal advisors. We can also come to your office and educate your staff on the relevant laws to follow, so you can avoid problems down the road.
